A certain Word document with lots of bullet points freezes when importing into
OpenOffice.org 2.1 Windows XP.

Crashes (100% cpu) on File > Open for me as well (OOo 2.1.0 on Fedora Linux).

MRU->OD: when import process has finished Writer will end in a loop (at least
after some minutes I killed the process). The document contains a large bullet
list - maybe it is the same problem as issue 67772 (heavy performance issue
using consecutive numbering). Could you please have a look and send issue back
to me, if so? Thanks a lot!

integrated patch into cws sw30bf05 - changed file:
/sw/source/core/SwNumberTree/SwNumberTree.cxx, 1.16.66.1

defect cause:
number tree nodes in consecutive numbered lists are not marked as validated
after validation
