When pasting a value in merged cells, the merge is lost. This behaviour is
different from the one expected by users and the one in Excel. Is this a
feature or a defect ? ;-)

How to reproduce the behaviour :

- merge cells
- put a value in a "single" cell
- copy the value
- paste the value in the merged cells

=> the previously mentionned merged cells are no more merged.

this is a duplicate of issue 17279 which is a duplicate of issue 11402 which is 
a duplicate of issue 2131
