Presently OO can plot x-y values and one can choose in the dataseries dialog tab:
Error category: No function, Variance, Standard deviation, Percentual, Error
margin, Constant value.

It is presently not possible to specify a variable error for the x and y values.
It should possible to specify a row/column for this purpose.

Having an x error is presently not possible at all.
