Can reproduce it with DEV300m37 on WinXP and Fedora

How to reproduce it
1 Open a new Calc document
2 View - Toolbars - Drawing, choose Vertical Text or Vertical Callouts on the 
  Drawing bar, then drag and drawing a Vertical Text or Vertical Callouts in 
  the file
3 In Vertical Text or Vertical Callouts, input a lot of characters and enlarge 
  text or callouts box, set cursor on one character, pay attention to the 
  position of cursor

Result
Cursor locates on/over the character but not between two characters

Expectation
Cursor locates between two characters
