Description Regina Henschel 2009-01-17 22:09:04 UTC
I'm using OOoDEV300m39. If you enter a formula, you get a new function structure
tooltip. But this tooltip is to persistent. It can lay over the input line and
if active, it is also on screen, when you switch to another application. See the
attached screenshots.

still there in OOO310m11, XP - pretty annoying, and there seems to be no way
to disable this feature.

The tool tip window is supposed to be below the text cursor. Under what
circumstances do you get it at a different position?
Comment 7 uwp 2009-11-10 15:09:34 UTC
The problem appear with OO 3.1.0 on Windows XP and Linux. It makes formula
editing quite impossible, since the formula is hidden by the tip. The problem is
independently from the position of the mouse pointer.
Comment 8 niklas.nebel 2010-04-27 12:57:10 UTC
The part with the wrong position is handled with issue 105472.
