Can reproduce it with DEV300m37 on WinXP and Fedora

How to reproduce it
1 Open a new Calc file
2 Enter some characters in a cell, like entering 'test' in cell B2, select
  column B and Data-Filter-AutoFilter or Standard Filter, dialog hints no column
  headers, Yes. choose down-arrow and select 'test' characters in the list
3 Undo, look at vertical Scroll bar

Result
Vertical Scroll bar fixed and arrows on both side of vertical Scroll bar don't 
work

Expectation
Vertical Scroll bar do up and down correctly

Note
After undo, if select 'All' in AutoFilter, then can find Vertical Scroll bar 
works well
