This document does not work in OOo 2.4.1/3.0.0, but it works fine when loaded in
MS Office 2007.

The file is not a real spreadsheet but contains only an embedded ShockwaveFlash
and  one macro. I personally think, that there is no need to support the import
of that kind of files.
