AVI, MPG, or MP4 files can be easily added to to a spreadsheet which is really 
cool but we are using this as a Read Only display stations with a small video 
looping the same video in READ ONLY mode.

Is there any way that the Video can still run with the file open as Read Only?

Can not play at all avi and mp4 videos in Calc.
