Description dnk1287 2008-09-08 10:06:32 UTC
When setting a custom thousands separator (e.g. a space: # ##0), the cell does
not separate at the 10^6, 10^9 etc., wheras the default thousands separator ( a
dot) does. I will submit a sample spreadsheet as soon as i can.

In actual version 3.1.1 this works
Number 1234567890 with format # ##0 is 1 234 567 890.
Comment 3 dnk1287 2009-10-12 06:39:07 UTC
I am sorry raal, but in version 3.1.1 (Dutch, O/s Windows XP) and in version
3.1.0 (Dutch, linux) it does not work. 1234567890 with format # ##0 gives
1234567 890.

I have Czech version, probably language specific. OS WinXP.
Comment 5 cno 2009-11-17 08:44:03 UTC
I confirm the behaviour.
Set to Feature, since I didn't study the specs (yet) to see if it works as
designed ..
