I have an xls file with some "wingdings 2" characters and i cannot see them
properly with Calc.

It is strange because if the same characters are contained in a doc file, they
are dsiplayed without any problem. The bad behaviour happens with calc, not with
writer.

This is still happenning in OpenOffice 3.1.0

Any hint on this issue?

We’ve tried version 3.2 and the error is still in there.

which OS do you use with OpenOffice.org?

do you install these Fonts at your computer?

Confirmed with Calc Rev. 1518439 and Excel 2010.
