Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 92479
Unable to point to cell on another sheet in two columns to the right of frozen column
Last modified: 2013-01-29 21:44:35 UTC
There is a problem in Calc, that I allready noticed in on of the latest stable releases of OpenOffice, but as I am cuurently using 3.0 b2 I report it here. If i freeze a column in calc it is not possible to point to another cells on other sheets in the next two columns to the right of the frozen column. If I enter '=' sign to enter a formula and try to point to a cell on another sheet, nothing happenes. If I unfreeze the column everything starts to work OK.
Created attachment 55571 [details] A simple test spreadsheet with frozen column to demonstrate the issue - it is not possible to point to sheet 2 values from columns c & d without manually typing the sheetname and cell address
On WinXP, DEV300_m28,the bug exists. BTW,the cells in all columns above the split line work well.
Created attachment 55795 [details] attachment to demonstrate the issue - it is not possible for the cells in B & C columns below the split line to point to the other sheets' values without manually typing the sheetname and cell address.
Confirmed

I see this problem in OOo 2.4.1 and 3rc3 under Fedora Linux 9. The problem only happens if I type the '=' key to start the formula; it does not happen if I start the formula by clicking the '=' button on the formula bar.
I can confirm this in RC2.
