Reproduce steps
1. Create a new calc document
2. Insert-> Object -> OLE object, open the "Insert OLE Object" dialog
3. Check "Create from file", Click button "Search..." and check "Link to 
file", then OK
4. Save this document as 'OLE object reload or reopen.ods' (File -> Save or 
click Save button)
5. Reload or reopen 'OLE object reload or reopen.ods'
6. Double click the OLE object

Result:
Object showed abnormally. See attachment.

Expectation:
Object showed normally
