If value in cell is some number with several figures after decimal point (e.g.
81.2325), when dragging down autofiller it should best guess what I want to do.

Current guess - increment by 1 is highly unlikely. I think that the best guess
is just to copy that number.

reassigning features and enhancements to user requirements@openoffice.org which
will be the default owner for those tasks (was introduced some time ago)

IMHO single cell (decimal or integer) should be just copied. Auto fill should take place on two or more cells.
