(follow up of issue 88956)

According to spec http://specs.openoffice.org/calc/features/Solver.odt paragraph
1.2.2 #13 #15 #16 the labels
* Cell reference:
* Operator:
* Value:
should each have a following colon.

As a violation of the spec  these labels do *not* have a following colon.

As it seems that these labels are used for the tiles in shrinked dialoges, it is
better to have the labels without the colons.

Spec should be changed according to the current implementation.
