In the attached .xls file in excel the content remains inside the cell and is
clipped when 90 or 270 degrees to the column boundaries, while in calc it flows
out of the cell overlapping other content around it.

Attached is a crude patch that "does the right thing", but I'll leave "patch"
unset as its pretty crude.
