Attempting to select a whole table with Table > Select > Table fails if cell A1
itself begins with an embedded table, regardless of contents of other cells.
Instead, only the embedded table in cell A1 is selected, even if the focus is on
a cell with no embedded table.

The selection error also affects Table > Delete > Table.
