When selecting a whole column, OOo Linux vuild fails to show the black border
lines while dragging the column using the mouse. If dragging rows, the lack
borders are correctly displayed.

I have attached a screenshot of OOo Winows build, which display the borders that
I mean as expected.

I found out that OOo Linux build seems to display the first few pixels of the
border from top.

Confirmed in OOo300_m3_EN on WinXP.

I have set Target milestone OOo 3.1. I hope this is ok.

Dragging whole columns while holding down ALT key is affected by this bug, too.
In this case the border is also not displayed.
