In OOo 2.3.1, if you open the Gallery or Data Source display in a spreadsheet
with a horizontal split, the split is removed from the spreadsheet.  Vertical
splits are unaffected.  Seen on a x86/Win2000 system, haven't checked any other
platforms/OS combinations yet.

Doesn't occur in OOo 2.3.1 on OpenSUSE 10.0 either...

Reproducible with 2.4m241 on WinXP - you need to position splitter low enough 
for Gallery to push it off the screen.

I rechecked this on the OpenSUSE 10.0 system, the split is removed if the 
Gallery/Data Source display pushes it off the bottom of the screen.  Vertical 
splits are also affected in this manner (my first test had the split in the 
middle of the screen).
