When a cell is formatted as complex number, full precision is always displayed
without being able to set up the number of decimales we want to be shown.

This issue was previously concerning OOo230
I confirm it on OOo240 Calc

Issue confirmed. 

Whatever the number of digits you choose in Cell -> Format is,the full precision is always  displayed.

I forgot : seen in DEV300_m15 / Intel Mac OS X, but all platforms are IMHO concerned.

Issue Confirmed:

openoffice.org 2.4 and Linux.

will be the default owner for those tasks (was introduced some time ago)
