The Testtool cannot determine or set the selected option for the "Reference
edge" control on the Alignment Page on the Format Cells dialog.

Please either assign single IDs to each of the three options or allow access via
index - depending on the type of the control (single controls or list).

Setting target 2.4 as i believe this is fairly easy to fix. UI relevant,
probably requires new HID.LST.
