Description jmills 2002-10-13 20:53:36 UTC
attached file;

select AH25 with a double click.

the text becomes editable, and changes from centered to left justified;

Now single-click on the cell to the right.

On my system (and SO 6.0 PP1, and SO 6.1 EA) the selection point moves to the
end of the text, and NOT to select the new cell.

I beleive this is a bug.

the same behaviour occurs if, instead of AH25, you click on AL25, AM25, AN25,
AP25 or even AL8

THe behaviour is CORRECT on cells like V37 and AK39!

I note that if you try it on AK35, but first change the cell format to "Text
wrap" and add some extra words to AK35, then the behaviour appears to be incorrect!

The behavious is also noted on cell AH22, but that *may* be for a differnet reason.

meant to say - this appears on the HARDWARE tab (and not the software
tab as the attachment claims)

According to the OpenOffice.org roadmap
