If Directly Deleting a Cell Name - in the cell name field - the old name returns .

Also - changing the name doesn't work . The original set name always remains .

Hi,

not a defect as it works as designed and in nearly the same way Excel works.
Only difference is that Excel hides that it has not deleted the name and Calc
directly shows it.

Just because Excel does it that way doesn't mean it's good practice . After all
if you are trying to compete with Excell you need to provide something that's
better otherwise the customer will just say " Why bother ? " .
