Description raindrops 2007-09-30 15:57:43 UTC
Sometimes, it is necessary to copy a sheet multiple times.

For example, first create an empty template on a sheet, copy the sheet multiple
times and then fill individual data in each sheet.

But currently Calc does not have this facility.

It can either insert n new sheets, or insert a sheet from another file.
But it cannot insert n copies of a specified sheet.

See attached sample.

Please provide this facility.

@raindrops:
As a workaround the macro "MultiPages" from
<http://www.ooomacros.org/user.php#169339> might be useful for you?
Comment 3 raindrops 2007-10-01 04:57:28 UTC
Yes. That is exactly what I wanted: The macro lets the user specify a naming
pattern for newly created worksheets.

Thanks!

reassigning features and enhancements to user requirements@openoffice.org which
will be the default owner for those tasks (was introduced some time ago)

Macro in comment 2 (no longer available) should be incorporated into OpenOffice Macros Library and be mentioned in Help.
