Last modified: 2017-05-20 11:13:43 UTC
When copying cells to an Outlook message some conditional formatting are lost. (a) Outlook 2003 is configured to handle messages in HTML format so that formatting is not lost (b) Conditional formatting based on the cell contents works (ex: if the cell contents is 1, have a green background color) (c) For conditional formating based on another cell contents (ex: if the cell A1 is greater than 3, have a yellow background color): (i) if the sheet has not been saved or saved under .ods format the conditional formatting is COPIED (ii) if the sheet has been saved in .xls format then conditionnal formatting is LOST
