Reproduction:
- set the system font size to something big
- open Calc
=> the there is a mismatch between the spreedsheet's cell font size and other application fonts

When a system preference specifies the default font size for an optimal UI experience this setting should 
be respected if possible. Calc currently defaults the a document font of 10 point size. On a system where 
the system default font size is not 10 point there is a mismatch, that in my opinion can be easiest solved 
by adjusting the application zoom factor to "default system font size" / "default document font size"
