Description tfoerste 2007-06-20 13:26:03 UTC
This is a nagging issue, resizing a column is necessary even if the file cannot
be saved with this change.

Observed while opening a read-writeable zip-file containing a csv-file from a
AIX system 5.3 via the fish:// protocol from KDE konqueror 3.5.5 .

hi,

IMHO this is correct behavior and it works as designed therefore not a defect.
But maybe an enhancement request. So lets requirements decide.

Looks like this is a duplicate of Bug#22975.
Please see there why I voted for removal of the changes-are-forbidden to
read-only files.

Right, disallow resizing a column it's a thumb limitation in my opinion b/c that
doesn't change to *content* of that file
