JA->OS: duplication of iBIS 112802

If the user chooses to use a whole word as a drop cap, the drop caps dialog
preview will show incorrectly

SBA->OS: The drop cap preview window seems to have problems with arabic letters.
MRU: re-targeted to "Office later"

I agree, I can also not reproduce this anymore - even in OO 2.4.1.
