The process for "Insert->Sheet From File..." could be improved:

* The "Insert Sheet" dialog should remember selections from the last invokation.
Currently you have to adjust them over and over again for each insertion.

reassigning features and enhancements to user requirements@openoffice.org which
will be the default owner for those tasks (was introduced some time ago)

There is no need to remember selections IMHO.
But, two pop-up windows at the same time is bad.
i.e. file selection window and insert sheet dialog window.
