The Navigator shows all sheets in one list. All protected and hidden sheets are
also shown without any markings attached to them.

If the sheet's status is shown in the Navigator, the user can take appropriate
action.

Suggestions:
1. Show hidden sheets in parenthesis. Or attach a "(H)" suffix.

example: If sheet#2 is hidden, the Navigator should show the list as follows:

Sheet 1
(sheet 2)
Sheet 3

OR


Sheet 1
sheet 2 (H)
Sheet 3

2. Show protected sheets with a "(P)" suffix or a "+" as prefix.

example: If sheet#2 is protected, the Navigator should show the list as follows:

Sheet 1
+sheet 2
Sheet 3

OR

Sheet 1
sheet 2 (P)
Sheet 3
