In Draw, I set the option of the last layer to not visible and not printable
(see screeshot). Thus, the square is not displayed, nor printed. But when I
export to PDF, the square is visible.

The logical behavior to me would be to consider the PDF export as a printer.
Thus the "printable" option would select if it should appear or not on the PDF.
