Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 74471

Last modified: 2019-05-13 09:22:25 UTC
if text is rotated, hyperlink stop working: if I insert a hyperlink in a cell by typting the text "=HyperLink( "http://www.mysite.com"; "text displayed") the link is perfectly workin, but if I rotate the text (for example, to look vertically) it stops working.
Not a prio 2 Issue
Confirming with 2.2m7. Repro steps: 1. Open file http://www.openoffice.org/nonav/issues/showattachment.cgi/42976/74490.ods and point mouse to cell A1. Note how mouse pointer changes shape. 2. R-click A1, "Format Cells", Alignment, Degrees, 90, OK. Click any other cell [1]. 3. Point mouse to cell A1. Note how mouse pointer does NOT change shape. [1]. There is a separate issue with that http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=74490
Hi Daniel, your construction site ? Frank
Created attachment 52046 [details] one patch
DR->NN: please revire the patch, may it break anything? Why has the restriction to unrotated cells been added to ScGridWindow::GetEditUrlOrError()?

You get the same problem with hyperlinks inserted via Insert > Hyperlink. If the text is rotated to other degrees than 90 or 270, then you can find a "hot spot" somewhere in the left upper area, scan the cell with the mouse.
Still reproducible with AOO 4.1.6. This patch has never been embedded.
