Generate a user defined color table with an own color.
Take a new spreadsheet and load your color table.
Use the own color for cell background, in styles and for characters.
Save the document.

Reopen the document. The color table is set back to "standard". You have to
reload your table with each opening.

The same is true for document templates. They loose this information too. Also
documents based on such a template will not get the userdefined color table
automatically.

This is very uncomfortable.
