Description clytie 2006-12-10 12:16:06 UTC
TCM 109254:

Calc (select range of cells) -> Insert -> Names -> Define

Calc won't accept a name which has spaces, i.e. a multiple-word name.

This is a bug for monosyllabic languages, where a single term often comprises multiple words, usually
two words in my language. It's probably an inconvenience even for languages using multisyllabic words.

If I try to input a name with a space, I get the error "Invalid name". Please see attached screenshot.

Not a defect but maybe an enhancement. So reflagged and re-assigned to requirements.
