In the OOo 2.0.3
The graphics bullets can not be rotated with the text
1. Open a new presentation and input some words.
2. Select these words->Click with right key->Numbering/Bullets->Graphics-
>Select random one->OK
3. Format->Position and Size->Rotation->Input random degree in the Angle edit 
text->OK
The graphics bullets can not be rotated with the text

Works for me with OO 2.1 (680m3). I am attaching the document with text 
rotated - bullets are rotated too (see screenshot on slide 2).

Hi,
the bullets in the first attachment were not from the category 'graphics'. We
changed it to graphics and now you can see liutao's issue in the new attachment.
