- enter a value into a cell
- apply "[S].000" as "Format code" for this cell: the format is
correctly applied

I am running OO v2.1 on Windows XP SP2. I am able to produce the problem when I
save the file as a .ods. I did notice that when I saved the file as a .xls (for
Microsoft Excel 97/2000/XP), then when I closed the spreadsheet and loaded the
spreadsheet in OO, the cell retained the proper format code.
