Location: from main menubar: Tools -> Options -> Internet -> Proxy

In this options pane, there is not enough room to display the translated strings:

We can't translate either of those strings with less characters. :(

The window does not enlarge: I don't know if that is the case with all systems, but it was not capable of 
enlarging on OSX. I don't know if that would help the problem much, anyway.

Please see attached screenshot.

The first string (dark outline) is about 3 characters short, but the second string (red outline) is about 6 
characters short.

Checked and verified together with AS in cws fwk64 -> OK !
