On the bottom-right corner of Calc, you can select some functions on
right-clicking (by default "Sum") to automatically do some calculations on the
current selection. A few more functions would be nice to have :

- Couting the number of lines in the selection (counting / or not the empty lines)
- Couting the number of columns in the selection (counting / or not the empty
columns)
- Couting the number of cells in the selection (counting the empty cells)

PS : at the moment, the "number" and "number2" only count the number of
non-empty cells

reassigning features and enhancements to user requirements@openoffice.org which
will be the default owner for those tasks (was introduced some time ago)
