The fact that Standard Filter is applied is not apparently visible. Please see 
attached "std-filter.gif" - it is not obvious that there is a filter. With 
attached "std-filter.ods" click cell B3, then Data\Std Filter and make sure 
filter is indeed there.
Please make Calc indicate filter existence.
