Please make Subtotals duplicate field selection from 1st group to 2nd and 3rd 
groups, so that user would not have to put checkmarks for the same fields again 
and again, as the same selection seems to be the common one. 
On attached "subtotals-enh.gif", I have selected fields (circled in green) 
in "1st Group" and I have to select them again in 2nd Group (circled in red), 
whereas Calc could easily do that for me.

IMHO not a good idea as 50% of the Users would like it as it is now. But let's
requirments decide.

@kpalagin: Please do not confirm own Issues. An Issue may be bound to your
machine and/or User setting, so for most of the people this Issue may not be
reproducible.  Confirming them by yourself just confirms that the problem is on
your machine and nothing else.
