Add to the "View" menu a "show formulas" option.  Currently this function is 
done by accessing Tools->Options->Calc->View, but that is a lengthy process.  
Oftimes, a user needs only to "turn on" formulas briefly to check some 
circumstance, then would like to turn it off again.  The present method of doing 
so is doubly cumbersome when it is likely to be used twice in succession in a 
short time period.
