In D4 insert a note, make it allways visible (show note), resize and move it.
Now select column A and insert a new column => the note has lost it's size and
position

All operations mentioned below must move all cell notes according to their
anchor cells.

All operations mentioned below must work with visible and hidden notes.
Undo/redo must work with all operations.
All operations must work in LTR and RTL sheets.

1) Insert column(s) or cell(s) before anchor cell
2) Delete column(s) or cell(s) before anchor cell
3) Resize/hide/show columns before anchor cell
4) Insert row(s) or cell(s) above anchor cell
5) Delete row(s) or cell(s) above anchor cell
6) Resize/hide/show rows above anchor cell
7) Toggle left-to-right and right-to-left of sheet (note must be located in same
distance to anchor cell, but with reversed X direction)

will http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=59745 get fixed for 3.1?

Yes, I am working on it currently, it does work fine in both directions (sort by
rows or columns) already, there are a just a few remaining problems with
undo/redo... :)
