Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 56597
Level which is marked as non-printable still exports to pdf
Last modified: 2006-03-06 14:16:25 UTC
It looks like I have come up against a problem when exporting a drawing to pdf and one of the levels (in german 'ebenen') is marked as non-printable. I have tried the following: *) Started a new drawing *) added two new levels (I hope that's the correct word. In the german version they are called 'ebenen') *) Added a square on one level and an overlapping circle on the other. *) Checked that both objects are on the correct levels by marking the levels alernatively as 'visible' *) Set one of the levels to non-printable (it doesn't matter which. I havetried both) *) Exported to pdf I was surprised to see both objects on the exported pdf page. I admit, maybe I have done something incorrect here as I have not used levels before. I'l try the same to a printer this evening. Background, is that I want to add some orientation markings to a drawing which I don't want to see on the final pdf. Regards, Charles
Tested this in OOo1.1.5 and there the nonprintable layer was not exported. In current version it is. Reproducible. Reassigned.
