Tested in in M125 and then again in RC2.  This seems to be a very simple sheet.
 Open the file, and then File-->SaveAs and select the filter to export it to
pocket  Excel (PXL) format.  Status bar goes all the way from left to right on
the bottom and then just locks forever.  CPU time spins and UI never comes back.

checked it with OOo2.0rc2 and can confirm. Please have a look at this one.

No resources available, retargetted for 3.0, might be changed if we find an easy
fix.

I am sorry, I am no longer working on the PXL format.
Changed target to Office later.
Is anybody able to take this over? And/or provide a patch for this problem?
