Problem:
When you delete a bunch of rows (longer than the viewed area) the view ends of 
in a totally confusing place.

Why:
When you delete alot of rows the user will expect the view to end up where the 
cursor is, but instead the view stays where the deleted row range ended. This is 
often just empty or some "random" section that happened to replace the buttom 
most rows you deleted (buttom row number + deleted number of rows). In Calc the 
view follows the cursor nicely when you deleted a lot of lines.

Solution:
After deletion of rows the view should jump to the cursor (the start of the 
selection that was just deleted).
