Open dialog to create an external link via 'Insert'-'Link to external data' is
misleading. If you enter an URL you have to press ENTER (no information about
it); if not, you will wait for enabling the OK-button by the programm. But this
will never happen... Great design. Good example for an UI-Bug or missing
documentation inside the form.

Please change the dialog for this.

This sounds like it needs UI changes or something. Needs some specification first. 
Anyway, effort may be too high for 2.0.1.

FT->FMA: I agree, it is a well known issue and the solution on external data was
comprmised to a minimum.
Nevertheless we ain an a complete new design than incoporates ALL external data
(not only HTML) in one dialog/wizard.
Given the very tight timeframes for PP1 and PP2 there will be no time to make
another Ui change (which includes also a change in documentation).
