As stated in issue #44567# when the chinese conversion was already applied the
documents language (if there is such a thing in the specific application) should
be set to the target language.

Also every character entered anywhere in the document after the conversion
should per default already have the target CJK language from the conversion set!

In order to achieve this you probably have to hard set the correct CJK language
attribute on any empty paragraph(!) or white-spaced text and any Western or CTL
text.
Generally speaking for any text with script type different from
i18n::ScriptTyp::ASIAN. This especially includes i18n::ScriptType::WEAK (which
may be used for punctuation). The CJK language attribute should be changed to
the target language of the conversion.

Note: If available styles should never be changed because of this.

As an odd example: Japanese formatted latin scripted text will also get the new
language attribute set.

For text with script type i18n::ScriptType::ASIAN the CJK language attribute
should be left unchanged, since it has either already been changed by the
conversion (if desired) or is assumed to be set to the correct CJK language for
that text.

In CWS tl12 I've already done this for sw and svx.


The respective changes in the specification should have already be done by FT.
