- open the database "BookWorm.odb" attached to issue 49339
  (http://www.openoffice.org/nonav/issues/showattachment.cgi/26238/BookWorm.odb)
- note that the "Forms" section is selected, and that the preview mode is set to
  "Document"
- select the "BookWorm" form therein
=> the form is loaded into the preview window
=> a dialog box appears asking whether the macros in the form should be loaded

This is weird. Users don't expect such a question just when previewing a document.

"macros in database documents" story.

Issue 49133 requests "to put macros in *.odb file".  Vote for issue 49133 as a
starting point.

I agree 100% with the suggestion in this issue - 49441.
