How to reproduce:
0. new spreadsheet
1. select A1:A10
2. goto Edit->Fill->Series
3. set Direction to Up
4. set Series type to AutoFill
5. set 1 to Start value
6. click OK
Then Just A1 has 1 and other cells are empty.
