Need national chars in macros' names

OO Calc does not support macro with name in Russian language. Attempt to create such macro cause error "Invalid name" both in english and localized versions of OOo. It is impossible to import MS Excel document with such macro (document opens successfully but contains no macro with Russian names). Is it possible to add support for macro with national chars in name?
