This is a continuation of #118522#.
The old code to insert a linked graphic in Calc created the SdrGrafObj, then
called SetGraphicLink and SetName, all before inserting the object. This caused
a crash if it was an animated graphic.
The code in Calc has been changed to avoid the crash, but it should be
investigated why the old order didn't work.
